New project

>I didn't really wanna wait the end of the ludum dare review time to update my game, so i released a new project with the same game but with updates and incoming patches.
For now the changes are:
- Selectable game difficulties: You can now select a difficulty from easy to hard
- Sounds: Added SFX and some music for the game
- You shall not place: You can now place objects only in the grey area
